Replacement

•	Put on gloves to protect your hands.

•	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

•	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.

•	Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Loosen the radiator upper cover mounting bolts and clips.

2.	Loosen the charge door opener cover mounting bolts (A).

3.	Remove the engine room under cover. (Refer to Motor System - "under cover")

Loosen the front bumper side''s mounting screws to separate the side part.

•	Remove the front bumper by pulling it out in the direction of the arrow while slightly lifting the side of the front bumper.

•	When pulling out the front bumper, be careful not to damage the side part of the front bumper.

5.	Push the locking pin to disconnect the fog lamp connector (A) and front bumper main connector (B). [LH] [RH]

Remove the front bumper cover.

(1)	Lift up the lower side of the front bumper cover (A).

(2)	Remove the front bumper cover (A) by pushing it backward to release the locking pins (B) located upper side of the front bumper cover.

(3)	Remove the front bumper cover (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	Make sure that the connectors are plugged in properly.

•	Replace any damaged clips.

Replacement 1. Disconnect the battery negative cable from the battery and then wait for at least 30 seconds. 2. Turn the steering wheel so that the front wheels are facing straight ahead. 3. Remove the airbag module. (Refer to Restraint - "Driver Airbag (DAB) Module and Clock Spring") ...
